Dasar ini menerangkan penghantaran, pembatalan dan bayaran balik bagi pembelian di Numborlogic Energy, dikendalikan oleh Tong Yi E-Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd (SSM 1614527T).

Akses kursus dan bacaan numerologi diberikan secara serta-merta selepas pembayaran. Kerana ia adalah produk digital, ia tidak boleh dikembalikan setelah akses diberikan, kecuali dalam kes caj berganda atau ralat teknikal.

3. Pembatalan & bayaran balik nombor

Ambil perhatian: Setiap nombor telefon adalah unik dan diperuntukkan khas kepada pembeli. Oleh itu, bayaran balik selepas pengaktifan hanya diberi bagi kes kad rosak atau kesilapan kami, selaras dengan amalan biasa jualan nombor prabayar.

4. Cara memohon bayaran balik

Hubungi kami melalui WhatsApp +60 13-978 1343 atau e-mel tongyi.official9319@gmail.com dengan nombor pesanan anda. Bayaran balik yang diluluskan akan dikembalikan ke kaedah pembayaran asal melalui CHIP dalam masa 7–14 hari bekerja.

This policy explains delivery, cancellation and refunds for purchases on Numborlogic Energy, operated by Tong Yi E-Commerce (M) Sdn Bhd (SSM 1614527T).

1. SIM card delivery

  • After payment is verified, the physical SIM card is processed and shipped via courier (e.g. J&T Express or Pos Laju).
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location in Malaysia.
  • A tracking number is shared once the parcel ships. You can check order status in the app.

2. Digital course access

Course access and numerology readings are granted immediately after payment. As digital products, they are non-refundable once access is granted, except in cases of duplicate charges or technical error.

3. Cancellation & refund of numbers

  • Before the SIM card ships: if an order is cancelled (by you for a valid reason, or because the seller cannot fulfil it), you are eligible for a full refund.
  • After the SIM card ships or is registered: since the number has been assigned to you, it is non-refundable, except where the SIM is defective or the wrong number was delivered.
  • Defective / wrong number: contact us within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Please note: Each phone number is unique and specifically assigned to the buyer. Refunds after activation are therefore given only for defective cards or our error, in line with standard prepaid-number sales practice.

4. How to request a refund

Contact us via WhatsApp +60 13-978 1343 or email tongyi.official9319@gmail.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via CHIP within 7–14 business days.
